Malishev Engineers were asked to help with remarkable house transformation Heathville Road, London. With original house built around 2004 , clearly not big enough for young professional family, hence required modern transformation.
Extensive investigation was carried out to determine existing structural capacity of superstructure and foundations and assessed through fully integrated 3D modelling against newly imposed loading.
Roof extension structure are designed with innovative composite timber, to reduce weight onto existing foundations as well as provide extra stiffness to the whole building.
