At Malishev Engineers, we offer high quality, creative structural design consultancy both in the UK and internationally, using our knowledge and experience in structural engineering to deliver the best possible value to our clients. We are working on a collaborative and supportive basis with architects, lead consulting engineers and materials manufacturers. Our projects have been nominated and won various engineering and architectural awards, they are constantly featured in professional and national press, highlighting innovative use of materials and creative engineering thinking. Our project value ranges from £100,000 to £10m, with various degree of complexity.

Gennady previously worked at Dewhurst Macfarlane and Partners, where he developed his professional career by working on projects of various sizes and complexity both in the UK and overseas, specialising in high profile and architecturally challenging structures built using traditional building materials as well as structural glass, becoming Chartered structural engineer in 2003.

From 2004-2014 Gennady established Malishev Wilson Engineers where he was  partner in charge of the London office and following retirement of his business partner, he took over the firm, which subsequently changed name to Malishev Engineers in 2014 and relocated to Bath. The firm  continues working in the UK and internationally, providing award winning creative engineering support to clients.

In parallel to his work, Gennady was teaching for many years at Architectural school of University of East London (UEL), and continues teaching at the Architectural and Civil Engineering department of The University of Bath as well as The Bartlett School of Architecture (UCL).
