All Wood
A sculptural, all-wood staircase was designed in collaboration with Alan Chandler from the University of East London. Other engineers attempted designing it however became at risk of being more metal than wood. Malishev Engineers extensive knowledge of timber properties allowed us to improve the design dramatically and create a metal-free, all wood staircase which has become the central feature of this period house.
