One of our oldest projects on the books has finally been completed. What a job….. 4000 sq.ft. house with the basement, swimming pool, total refurbishment of the inside with use of 6m span stressed skin composite timber panels, massive steel transfer structure with rear of the house balancing act on one column and not to mention very sleek 6m tall glass conservatory at the back (picture inset). Great effort from whole team: Guarnieri Architects, Famella Building Contractors, Ocean Pools, Cantifix, Glassbel and of course our client. One of the rare occasions where our client was very forward looking and supportive of the design innovations-one of the most important ingredients in the success of any project.
